The vision and mission of the Pastoral Care Network at St. Patrick is to celebrate life’s joys and bear one another’s burdens and sorrows in fulfillment of God’s command to love one another as God loves us.  We seek to connect parishioners within the St. Patrick community to provide a network of care in times of need.

The Pastoral Care Network is divided into four teams, organized and directed by a Team Leader, whose job it is to find out what individuals or families might need. Each team, serves for three months per year on an “on-call” capacity, to respond to whatever needs might arise.
